Dalda Scholarship for 1st year|2020-2021

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 1st year of Pre Engineering, Pre Medical, General Science, Art, Commerce, Home Economics, DAE, ICS are eligible for this program

E-Rozgaar Training Program 2020|Free Govt. Certificate

If you are an educated and unemployed citizen of Punjab and want to Make Money through freelancing, apply online for free training now. Chief Minister Punjab has decided to establish e-Rozgaar centers in 36 districts of Punjab to provide Free Training to budding freelancers and enhance their professional capabilities. Through this initiative Government of Punjab will assist the youth in earning a sustainable income. One of the major objectives of this project is to provide training opportunities to youth for self-employment using internet based freelancing.


3 Months Free Training in one Of these 3 Domains. Freelancing Course Track is taught in all domains.

  • TECHNICAL (Web Development, WordPress, HTML&CSS,etc)
  • CREATIVE DESIGN (Logo Designing, Photoshop,etc)
  • CONTENT MARKETING & ADVERTISING (Content Marketing,etc)

Shareable Certificate:

  • Earn a Free Govt. Certificate upon completion

Training Duration:

  • 3.5 Months

  1. What are the documents required to fulfill the application criteria?
    Following documents will be required for the application
    • Copy of graduation transcript or degree
    • Valid CNIC & Punjab Domicile
  2. Can I apply in more than one course track?
    No, one can not apply for more than one course track. Please make sure you select the right course track successfully.
  3. After successfully completing the training, will I be given any certificate?
    All trainees who successfully complete the training, will be awarded a training certificate.
  4. Can I shift my classes to some other district?
    No, you will have to choose your training center carefully at the time of applying.
  5. Will I have to pay any dues for Training?
    No, You do not have to pay any dues for erozgaar Training.
  6. Will I be offered any stipend?
    No stipend will be given.
  7. I am currently doing a job. Can I still apply for the training?
    No, because timing of training is in working hours.
  8. Will you provide transport facility or TA/DA?
    No, transport facility or TA/DA will not be provided.
  9. I am enrolled in an undergraduate Program. Am I eligible to apply?
    No, if you are enrolled in an undergraduate program you are not eligible to apply.
  10. I do not have a personal laptop or computer. Can I apply?
    Yes, you may apply.
  11. What is the duration of the test?
    The duration of the online test is 30 minutes.

Applications are invited from outstanding Pakistani/AJK nationals for the award of Ph.D. and MS/MPhil scholarships. Ph.D. scholarships are being offered in selected fields, whereas MS/MPhil scholarships are being offered in Engineering Technology. Scholarships will be awarded for the Spring-2021/Fall-2021 session in HEC-identified top-ranked foreign universities of advanced countries.

Overseas Scholarships for:

  1. Be a Pakistani/AJK National
  2. For Ph.D. scholarships, candidates must have a minimum qualification of MS/MPhil/ME or equivalent (18 years) before the closing date.
  3. For MS/MPhil scholarships in Engineering Technology, candidates must have a minimum of 16 years of education and should be registered with National Technology Council (NTC) Pakistan. 
  4. Maximum one 2nd Division throughout the academic career prior to the final degree.
  5. Candidates must have a minimum CGPA 3.0 out of 4.0 in Semester System or 1st Division (in the annual system) in Terminal Degree. 
  6. Maximum age on the closing date: 
    • 40 years for full-time regular faculty members of public sector universities/colleges and employees of the public sector R&D organizations registered with Pakistan Council for Science & Technology (PCST)
    • 35 years for all others 
  7. Must have minimum 70% marks in a valid HEC Aptitude Test (HAT). HEC will consider best HAT score of the last two years for shortlisting purpose.
  8. Must not be availing any other scholarship.


Education Testing Council (ETC) Pakistan will conduct HEC Aptitude Test (HAT) on October 18, 2020 (tentatively). For more information, visit ETC’s official website.


Applications must be submitted online via HEC eportal by Monday, October 12, 2020. Original online deposit slip OR ATM transfer slip of Rs 500/- (non-refundable) as application processing fee in favor of Director General Finance, HEC must be uploaded on HEC eportal. Fee can be deposited in Account Number 1742-79001334-01, Habib Bank Limited, Shalimar Recording Company Branch, Islamabad, Pakistan through any bank.
